Tolls and Tunnels, the Good, the Bad and the Ugly

On Wednesday evening, October 16, the Lefcoe Alumni Association produced Tolls and Tunnels, the Good, the Bad and the Ugly, a panel discussion of Hampton Roads’ transportation challenges, held at the Virginia Sports Hall of Fame and Museum.  While the public was invited to this free event, Lefcoe Alumni Association members were treated to a pre-event “meet and greet” with moderator Joel Rubin and panelists Sen. Kenny Alexander, Del.Matthew James, HRT’s Chief Planning and Development Officer Ray Amoruso, and Dwight Farmer, Executive Director of the hampton Roads Planning District Commission.
